These Terms govern access to and use of AiHook, a Growth Pulse AI service that helps authorized users connect social accounts, analyze content performance, and manage supported marketing workflows.

You must have authority to use every account you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.
2. Connected platforms
When you connect TikTok or another third-party platform, your use remains subject to that platform’s terms and policies. AiHook only requests permissions needed for features you choose to use. You may revoke access through the platform or within AiHook when that option is available.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use AiHook to violate law, infringe rights, bypass platform restrictions, access accounts without permission, distribute malicious content, manipulate engagement deceptively, or interfere with the service.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content and account data you provide. You grant us a limited right to process that information solely to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the requested service.
5. Service availability
Features may change or be interrupted, including when third-party APIs change. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
6. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated for material violations, security risks, unlawful activity, or third-party platform requirements. You may stop using the service and disconnect linked accounts at any time.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AiHook and Growth Pulse AI are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or third-party platforms.
